ESG Projects
I have experience applying environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors to projects in the real world. The United Nations Sustainable Development Group (UNSDGs) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) are both frameworks that fit under these categories. I have experience helping craft internal sustainability and equity policy. In 2023 on EarthShare’s Culture Committee, I helped implement the justice, equity, diversity and inclusion plan to increase diversity, opportunities for growth and transparency in pay.
Data Management
Monitoring and analyzing crucial data is part of my skillset. Observing the emerging ESG trends and standards are critical to understand, capture and analyze an company’s ESG data. I played a key role in reviewing and running an internal audit for EarthShare’s greenhouse gas scope 1/2/3 emissions in 2023. I pushed for the company to start implementing a Net Zero policy by 2040 plan and prepare to comply with voluntary reporting requirements.
Development & Sales
I have extensive sales, fundraising and development and relationship-building skills around sustainability initiatives. In a leadership role at EarthShare, I spearheaded the creation of a new Development Department and implemented a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaboration and partnership are key for success. I possess a proven track record of prospecting, developing, and stewarding key stakeholders (clients, funders, donors, project managers, etc). Coalition-building and lobbying elected officials are types of relationship-building.
